I love this product, but the deliveries are too frequent and managing the delivery timeline is cumbersome. I have way too much on hand, and the difference between the billing and shipping throws me off every time...so I frequently miss my opportunity to adjust the delivery until it's too late.

I love the product. It has been a huge change for the health and look of my hair. It only takes a small amount so the price is equal to other shampoos but with better results! I also like the communication about my product arriving. I have had to delay my delivery before and that process went smoothly.

I really love the products with one major caveat: If you choose the automatic shipment route, there is no warning before they send out product, just an email saying it’s on the way giving you no chance to stop the shipment if you aren’t ready. I have found I have to really watch it to be sure I don’t end up with way too much. Also, the longest you can go between shipments without suspending the order is 12 weeks which is too soon for some products (assuming they don’t send it early, which has happened, again with no warning and no way to stop the order). So, if you don’t mind babysitting your account, the products are great.

I made a conscious choice to take better care of my hair. Prose has helped me achieve healthier looking hair. I love the shampoo and conditioner. I also will use the spray in conditioner as needed as my hair is long.

What recent order?

So, as a former skeptic, I really thought there could not be that much of a difference, maybe a little softer or easier to comb. I was so unbelievably wrong. Companies that prove my cynicism wrong have my loyalty for the long run. The Product — 10/10 Y'all do you know when you try something good for the first time, realizing what you've been doing so far has just been straight up bad the whole time? That. After one use my hair was unbelievably soft and had more volume (straight hair girlie here). I used to have to be careful using conditioner with how oily my hair got, not anymore. I had to laugh because I was genuinely shocked at how healthy and alive my hair looked. Been using prose for years now. Don't even get me started on the scents 😩 The Prices — 9/10 Listen, in this economy, obviously I wish the prices were cheaper. However, one order lasts me over 2 months at a time. So compared to other products that are gone within a month or less, worth it. The price is also slashed when you have it on auto-subscription. Service — 10/10 I have never had any issues getting ahold of customer service for petty requests or cancellations. They're always super sweet and accommodating. They're accessible by email, too, so for the introverts and people without reasonable time for a customer service phone call, that's a huge win. The Website/UI/Quiz — 10/10 As a quick note before this, just want to clarify that I haven't had to take the quiz in years, so if there's been updates/changes, I am not at all aware of them. The test I took way back when was straightforward, accurate, and I could actually tell that the answers to the questions are reflected in the product itself. Like the clarifying shampoo would not be suitable by a long shot for someone with dry scalp, so there's a very wide range of customizable needs that can be and ARE accounted for. Climate, hair needs, daily routine, etc etc. The website/UI is also pretty easily navigatable on both mobile and computer. You can cancel/pause/delay your subscription as much as you need to. Indo this a lot because the product lasts me longer having very short hair. No penalties at all for delaying the shipment/order. You can go back and reviews the ingredients in your products and what they do. You can surf through their options as far as add-ons and new product testing goes, etc etc. Shipping — 10/10 FFF. Fair pricing. Fast. Free of Stress. Packaging — 10/10 Properly protecting with eco-friendly materials, minus all the stuffing and filler that would typically go to waste in most packages. Efficient. The box is labeled Prose, so there's no guessing or getting it mixed up. But be warned if you're trying to order in secret 🤭 The shipping box is also a fantastic gift box if you're into reusing boxes (⁠◠⁠‿⁠・⁠)⁠—⁠☆ Misc Products — 6/10 From what I've personally tried, the dry shampoo is amazing. That alone is 10/10. However I did not have much luck with the skin care products. Those did not feel like they reflected my needs and were more of a one-size-fits-all sish. Maybe in the past year Prose has upgrade/researched/developed, and I could be unaware. I would just buy the skin care products with caution, opt for a sample size if possible. Claw Clip — 10/10 Simple, elegant, sturdy. I have short hair but I gifted it to my friend and shes gotten great use out of that thing and it still looks new. Bottles & Pumps — 10/10 The dark colored bottles keep the product good longer, I think. For whoever this matters to, all shampoo/conditioner bottles are orange and purple respectively. There are not different colors based on your quiz result tmk. The pumps dispense the perfect amount, and if anything happens to them, Prose will send you replacements upon request. The pump straws also reach all the way down, eliminating a lot of the bottom of the bottle issues.
