Good products, but subscription is high maintenance. After twice receiving and being billed for products I didn't need, I cancelled. I contacted them an hour after receiving a notice that products were being prepared for me ($224) and would be delivered on more then 2 weeks and they said that as products were made to order so it couldn't be cancelled. I don't buy it and don't think this is honest.

I used to be a returning customer of Prose and absolutely loved their leave-in conditioner. It made my hair feel stronger, incredibly silky, smooth, and healthy every time I used it. I recommended it to friends because it honestly worked so well for me before. Unfortunately, my last purchase was a complete disappointment. It honestly feels like something changed in the ingredients or formula. Instead of moisturizing and protecting my hair like it used to, it made my hair feel dry, brittle, and damaged. The ends of my hair became rough and unhealthy after using it, which never happened with the older version. I kept trying to make it work because I had such a great experience in the past, but this time it felt like the product did the opposite of what it was supposed to do. Really sad to see such a noticeable decline in quality from a product I used to genuinely love.

The product was great however their website and business practices make it not worth messing with. I made a one time order cause the subscription was wrong. I fixed the subscription but they kept sending me the one time order. The first repeat I cancelled. The second they say can't be cancelled even though I contacted them immediately. I will never do business with them again after this.

I had an issue with an order Sabine helped me out in a timely manner. I highly recommend purchasing from here as their customer service is top notch.

I filled out all my info. Paid my money got my products and was all excited for my hair to be beautiful!!! The products made my hair dryer and duller than it already was. It made me cry. But because they said that if there was a problem I could call or contact them and they would adjust my products so that my hair would be the best possible. So I contacted them and I was told I would have to buy another product (not something from them but something from anyone I thought might help) that I thought would help make my hair shiney, fluffier, just healthier looking and it was really disgusting because that was what I was paying them to know and fix for me. If I knew all of that I would have been doing all of that already!!

Wow, it's a good thing I came on here to write my own review. I had no idea they were like this. And there's so many complaints, that it's impossible they weren't told this months ago, and they clearly don't want to change to make things better or RIGHT. 1-2 months for items to arrive? I've never heard of such a thing except with one new essential oil company I recently tried in the last 4 months. They also didn't respond back to emails promptly sometimes it taking 3-4 days. And you are FORCED to be on subscription? LOL I've never heard of such a thing. Just regarding my pre-sales questions.. First it took days or even a week to get a response, then they didn't even answer my question, didn't even know what my question was & I didn't remember because it had been days. Then ignored my next email other than I got an email to rate them. So they closed off the ticket and thought that was ok. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

The product was not worth the money at all. I paused my subscription and they still decided to charge me full price for products I dont want. Ive cancelled all accounts with them and im currently trying to be reimbursed. Look them up on BBB better business bureau, it'll tell you everything about their shady business of charging people even when products are paused.

The shampoo had absolutely no lather, the conditioner left my hair in knots and impossible to comb. I am trying to get a refund under their 30 day money back guarantee and they are ignoring my requests. I am writing reviews on their facebook page which they are promptly deleting.
