Garbage. Didn’t start until 50 minutes after scheduled time

Worst testing platform in history.

I’m posting again because these animals...and I really want to apologize to the animals for comparing them with these unprofessional, rude and irresponsable humans. They blocked me and now I cannot log in to the website. I never got to retake my CNA exam in the current state that I live in and I never got a refund back either. It’s been a year. They basically stole my money but they will not get away with this. I will not rest until this crazy company is closed permanently and until I can get my money back. I’ve called over and over and no help, nothing. I want to warn others do not trust these people. They are not people to trust. Do not trust them!

My online exam was scheduled for 10:30am this morning. I logged in at 10am as advised. I could not get a proctor so I contacted customer service. I waited until 11am for a proctor. I could not log into my exam because she could not hear me. However, the speaker and microphone tests worked perfectly. I could hear the proctor and reply to her chat messages. Second attempt, new proctor, same issue. I contacted tech support to allow them access to my computer. No issues found. Third attempt, I was logged off in the middle of my exam. I contacted tech support again. No issues found after trouble shooting the problem. I contacted Prometrics and was informed that I would be allowed 1 final attempt to complete my exam. I started the exam again. Fortunately, they started where I left off. I was in the middle or "reading" question 61 when I received a red "computer connection error". It wasn't from my computer and it looked like a spam message. I was logged out immediately. I contacted Prometric and was told to reschedule my exam. This is a rip off! I've used this service for online exam proctoring while in undergrad. Two years of proctoring and I never had an issue. I've had my internet provider to physically come out to my home to run diagnostics last week to prepare for this exam. New modem, new underground line, and an extender installed by AT&T. No problems were detected. Exam time was approximately 4 hours. I am currently speaking with Prometric to "reschedule and exam that was in progress". I have literally sat at my computer and on the phone or on camera with Prometric since 10am and it is currently 4:15pm.

Daughters theory test on line yesterday. Did all laptop checks and passed 100%. Launched exam and message said couldn't proceed on virtual device. Clicked on online help link. Was 9 in queue. When reached no 1 message said no agents available. This was after 35 minutes. Clicked help again got in queue and agent was on laptop for 50 mins. A lot of time nothing was being done by him. When she got to launch exam did all the stupid checks on the surrounds and then was told she could not do exam as it was now after 5.00pm. Was given a number to reschedule but it was an invalid number. This is 4th time her test has been put off. It's not good enough. In 2021 it's hard to believe that people are still being treated like this

An over all disgraceful experience. I was to sit the bus and truck theory test. I launched the exam exactly as instructed to find out there were no examiners available for me. Tech support is just unavailable. I see it as a waste of the 80 odd euro fee and a days wages Lost as I had to take the day off.

ProProctor at the very basic level is just terrible. The expectation of having a sterile test taking environment (nothing in the room, nothing on the walls, etc..) is just absolute nonsense, especially during this time of COVID where everyone is stuck at home together. Who has the extra room in a house to be completely bare except a pc on a desk? The proctors themselves are terrible, no common sense, just following the flow chart without any thought for themselves if something makes sense or not... don't even get me started on how they talk to you! If you read this, send an email to whatever cert org you are considering to write and tell them to drop these clowns for another provider. It is the best long term solution to dealing with horrible organizations like this one that hold you hostage in being able to take an exam because of their pitiful attitudes.

I took a test in Thessaloniki on 15/4/2021 and till now (3 months later) I haven't received any results..
