Set up everything to take an ANCC exam, directed to download the incorrect program before getting the right update. Come to find out that the test is not available on Macs. NO where was this information relayed from the registration, to email update, to even on initial FAQ searches. Follow this with multiple hours waiting on the call line for someone, this organization is essentially a scam at this point. Absolute garbage and any organization that uses this company is equally reprehensible.

Absolutely terrible. An issue in processing my information led to needing a call with customer care. Customer care must have 0 representatives ever available. I have been on hold for almost an hour, and there are not chat representatives either. I've completely missed my exam and am now stuck trying to get this fixed with no help, since nobody works in their customer care it would appear.

Can I give 0 stars? I've been waiting 55 minutes now for a proctor.

Just did all the pre-necessary tech stuff to set up for my Irish theory driving test!! And whoopdydoo…no dates available !!! And they couldn’t tell me that before I checked ALL the pc recruitments (7steps)..and next the booking and you can search all day long :( Mother of god the idiocy is beyond pizzing in the wind! Waste of time

This was beyond one of the worst experiences I have ever endured. The lady at the front was one of the most racist individuals I have ever met. I came in and made a joke with a previous member I worked with and she had the nerve to snap her fingers in my face because she was upset that she was under the i.preasion I was being disrespectful. Then she tried to kick me out. Didnt happen and I complied and toon a break only to go to the restroom that has signage about washing hands without soap. I signed out only to have her continue harassment from her and threaten me with creating whatever reports she wanted to write. Her staff is beyond intimidated by her and racist demeanor. Lastly, she made me ever more uncomfortable when going to take a break and was being outright disrespectful for no reason.

Very bad experience with them. They rescheduled my exam 3 days before the exam to another date and to another place which is much farther than the original location from where I live, and towards a much ealier time slot during the day without any explaination. When I called them, the guy on the phone was impatient and simply said the test centre is not available any more, and I can only choose to take the exam the next day or much later.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not use them if you want to get your CNA license. I have tried 3 times with them, each time I got the same proctor who was very rude. I did all of my skills perfectly. I made one correction and she did not let me. She failed me for the smallest reasons and I felt down about it but at this point I can just say I will never use their company again to take my skills test. The lady was so rude and made the experience so horrible. She made me cry because of how rude she was.

Only options to take my test were between 2am-5am for the next 2 weeks, so I signed up for a 5am exam. Woke up at 4:00 am to take it, attempted to get logged on at 4:30 and spent until 5:45 reentering my login information over and over. Their customer support wasn't available that early. So finally got ahold of customer support and they explained that they had "forgot to make my account eligible" which is absolutely ridiculous since they sent me a confirmation number and everything. So over the phone, they scheduled me a new appointment for the next day. The next day I am able to get logged in, but once the proctor tries to start the test it says "appointment not open". The proctor is unhelpful and just says that I can't take the test today and should call customer support. I wait on hold with customer support for 15 minutes, and they finally get to me and say my appointment isn't for another 2 days. I check on confirmation email which states that it is supposed to be today so I tell them that and they say they are fixing it and I should log in again and get a new proctor. I do this, and have the same exact issue. I call customer support again and they gave me the same explanation that my appointment wasn't for a few days, which is incorrect, since I have my confirmation number and I scheduled it over the phone with a representative. So I spend 2 hours on the phone and they still haven't been able to reschedule me, meanwhile I need to pass this test in the next 4 days. I am baffled at the incompetency of this platform and everyone that works there. This company should be shut down. I have never been so frustrated in my life with customer service.
