Sooo horrible. I was interrupted mid test twice because they were arguing over my pen and paper. The paper was normal college ruled notebook paper but was not "white enough" per Prometric, even though it was approved by the first person. It was a total mess and just unprofessional and so distracting.

The worst ever experience!! I had to give this 1 star just to write this. I had made the payment to register for my GP Dentist exam. Money was deducted and received no confirmation on the exam. No use contacting via website, emails and even calling internationally from U.A.E. to Netherlands directly. The customer service is too bad and I have not received my refund yet, apart from losing the same money as exam fee in paying for those international calls!!!

Absolutely awful exam platform Spent an entire day trying to sit an exam that should have been 2 hours. Customer service absolutely awful and will just tell you to try again then end the chat.

In taking the Series 9, the halfway reminder popped up on a 2 hr exam-and I was on question 20 out of 60. I rushed through, just trying to finish the exam and was timed out. When I went to check out with my failed score-they told me the time-11:47. I said, I refute this result. I signed in at 10:07-hadn't even gone inside yet, let alone completing the whole set up and agreement process prior to the timer starting-so you tell me how a 2 hour test timed me out and I'm already out here at 11:47? They did not care at all! Said, "We just provide the equipment for the tests." Yeah, exactly! It's your equipment failure that caused this! She just gave me the candidate care number- 800-853-6769 and said there was nothing they could do. What a joke! 30-40 minutes to talk to someone that I could not understand who said they would research my "claim" and email me in 3 business days. Today is day 3-and no email. These results directly affect my employment status-and report a Failed result to my employer and FINRA! Why do companies use Prometric when the reviews are so bad?

I was refused the ability to take the test as I did not bring paper copies of my two licenses/certifications. This was not at all made clear in instructions. In addition, the national organization for whom the test was for had to confirm this prior to me even being able to register and I know this is the case as until I uploaded the licenses/certifications I was not provided with the eligibility number to schedule. So I arrived with the ability to provide digital copies and/or send email for printing of said licenses but was advised that was not an option- only paper copies. How outdated is this? Why the redundancy of confirming these when, again, I could not have even scheduled the exam if the national organization had not confirmed this prior to giving me an eligibility number to schedule. In addition I was then advised that I would not be provided a refund and could not reschedule for a week. I spent 65 minutes on the phone trying to untangle this only to speak to 5 people none of which would simply acknowledge that they did not care about the insanity of their approach, nor honor a rescheduling without a fee.

My experience was not good. The representative's use and comprehension of English was very bad. The process took 45 minutes to get "checked in". The representatives (3 of them) wanted to argue what forms of accepted ID were. I was reading to them the requirements from the directions they sent me; however, they insisted that I needed a passport in addition to my state issued Driver's License. I hope to never need to use them again.

Horrible. Experience from 2019. Won't allow water bottles or any jewelry. How is a simpleton supposed to "hide" answers in them. If you don't allow water bottles for a 5 hour exam atleast provide water. For all the fees you charge,I'm sure you can afford it.

If I could give them a negative score I would. They say their system is MAC compatible IF you follow their guidelines (which I did). Halfway through the test (FINRA series 79) the screen starts flashing. The proctor told me to exit and assured my work would be saved. It wasn't. The system failed me (because I only answered 37 of the 85 questions). Now I have to wait 10 days to try to register again. The rep told me that their system really does not work well with MACS. Why would they not just say their at home tests are not MAC compatible? I passed the MAC online test readiness on their site!!!
