The dress I wanted was sold out everywhere. And then I contacted them to see if they had the dress I was wanting, turned out they did. And they shipped the dress out as fast as they could and it came within a week.

The dress came in on time , no difficulties making a payment , and the product was exactly as shown 👌🏼

Beautiful dress and timely delivery, however the dress came witha stain, several holes in the sheer fabric in the back, a tear be the zipper, and some missing beading! When the dress arrived, we just hung it in the closet because we knew we'd have to take it in to have the length altered. We did that about a week and a half after receiving it and the seamstress pointed out all of the quality issues with the dress. So after paying $400 for the dress plus shipping, I then had to pay to have quality issues repaired. I contacted the company and explained I didn't want to return the dress, but felt they should offer me something for the inconvenience. The rep just kept repeating they couldn't do anything after 24 hours of delivery which is RIDICULOUS!! When you pay that much money for a product you're paying for quality and customer service. Prom Dress Shop is shockingly lacking in both. So disappointing!

Easy to navigate website, dress shipped quickly, returns were easy. The dress arrived and was beautiful, but unfortunately didn't fit my daughter. I will use Prom Dress Shop again.
