PromdressshopReviews of promdressshop.com

I have bought 5 dresses from this company in the past 6 months and they all for beautiful.

My dress is simply gorgeous! I received it in a timely matter. The dress was everything I expected it to be. I would definitely order from them again. The only thing I didn't like was the size box it was shipped in. I'd preferred if it were shipped in a larger box more fitting for a dress that size.

Nice dresses, respond on time, but some difficulties paying (with no consistency).

The dress was a good quality but I was unhappy with the return policy. Paying a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping is ridiculous. I order things online all the time and never have seen that policy anywhere before. If I had realized the return policy before we ordered the dress we never would have placed the order.

The return policy is ridiculous .. the dress I ordered was way too big for my daughter . I received it on Wed her dance was a Friday and I sent an email on Thursday for return and said it was too late to return . She only wore the dress to try it on .. so now I am out $150 .. I will never order from there again.
