Rude customer service

I bought 6 Dresses only one dress came with tag and extra beads ,and none of the other 5 came with tag and extra beads And one dress had multiple missing beads

The dress fits like a glove! Everything my daughter expected. Thank you so much😊About an hour before they were going to leave, 2 buckles broke on the back. Not very good quality for the price. We had to sew it to fix it!

Dress arrived with one strap already ripped and slight stain on the fabric. We are working with our tailor to resolve the rip. Also arrived stuffed into a dirty plastic Fedex bag left on the doorstep in the rain. Not great service for a full priced prom gown.

I think it’s a shame that you have dresses that you can’t return! How do you know from the material, style, designer if it’s going to be a good fit. I bought a dress doesn’t fit at all, & am stuck with it!!!

I’ve been ordering for a few years now. Very slow to ship compared to all other purchase I’ve made. I will definitely add 2 more weeks to need date because no time to get altered. They did not ship till 2 weeks from my order date. I don’t understand why they couldn’t ship after ordered, it was waited until need date to arrive. Never will happen again. Like I said..... I never had this problem before and handled the dates the same way.

I ordered 4 Bridesmaid dresses & we sent off our measurements & they were made & sent off to us real fast which we were happy about to notice 1 dress is way to small for one of my girls & i have been trying to contact the seller to seek help & yet still no reply, not HAPPY at all as my wedding is 12 weeks away! The dress is beautiful but was not made a petite person.
