I ordered a dress for homecoming, and the seller was responsive before the purchase. After the sale, however, communication became slow, and obtaining a return authorization (RMA) and refund has been difficult. Based on my experience with their customer service after the purchase, I do not recommend this company.

I'm really happy with my order. The dress matched the photos perfectly, the quality was lovely, and it fit beautifully. Delivery was quicker than expected, and customer service was friendly and helpful. I'd happily order again.

Thank you.

Bought a dress didn’t fit me and wanna return it and I have to pay a 10% restocking charge. Plus I have to pay for shipping. Never seen a company work like this. Not a company you want to order a dress from.
