😡😡😡😡😡First we paid for 2 day shipping and received it in 4 days!!! Unexceptionable... the Dress was not as depicted on the website... went to send it back, there is a 15% restock fee an they only except returns via fed X or UPS. Oh but it has to be revised with in 5 days!!! Called customer services and the lady I spoke to was just plain out rude!
Disappointed
I was sent the wrong dress. I paid next day shipping. It was a dress we needed for homecoming court. We ended up getting a refund three days after I was told I would get one. Very disappointed.

As soon as you contacted us about receiving the wrong dress, your card was refunded the same day. Refunds can take up to 3 business days to post to your account but we did issue the refund immediately. Again, we do apologize that you were not happy with your experience.
