I ordered a beautiful dress for my daughter's prom. I received it at home in 3 business days. You made her day believe me. I couldn't believe the size of the box as it was not very big and she received a ball gown. I was amazed as it popped up when I opened the box. I got the dress on sale and would have paid 3 times what I did at a local dress shop. Very happy with our purchase.

Very quick, but inflexible. 2nd time shopping here. Didn't get any response for several messages and some request, after once ordering. I wanted them to wait for shipping because the sent me that one of my oder was out of order.(especially their shipping is high quality and the fee is kinda more expensive than other shops, and which also takes UPS fee as well). When I knew the one is sold out from their only one contact, I responded right away and asked them to wait until I choose one another dress to order. I needed 2dresses.But they didn't answer and sent me one dress. If you need the dress on time, this is the best shop. Very quick and well warpped, and you'll get the dress which exactly is the one you've seen in the picture images. I will definitely make another purchase at this shop again, especially when I need it on time.

I purchased a dress that was special order. It came and it looked nothing like the picture. It was honestly not wearable. I called to ask for a refund and was rudely told no that it looked exactly like the picture. I have asked 10 different people and they all agreed it looks nothing like the picture. I am stuck with a dress that will never be worn. I am very disappointed in the service and the response I received.
