PromdressshopReviews of promdressshop.com

Great experience. Dress was beautiful. Prices are good.

My daughter had fallen in love with a dress that had been discontinued.Other websites did not have their inventory up to date. Prommdressshop did. They had the last one! I was nervous a mistake had been made. They were patient, answered my questions and kept the communication open until I got the dress. It arrived a day early! They are great. Thank you.

We received the wrong dress but the prom dress shop knew it before we did and corrected it immediately. I was very impressed with the customer service!!

Dress looks exactly like the photo or even better. Shipment time was perfect and the reps were incredibly helpful.

No problems whatsoever. Ordering was simple. Received dress exactly as ordered and a day earlier than I thought! It looks beautiful on my daughter and she is excited to wear it to her high school prom. Would definitely order from Promdresshop.com again.

This is my second purchase from this site and the shipping is fast, and the quality of their product is excellent. This last purchase they added a gourmet bag for the dress and shoes. Very happy with my purchases.

My package arrived on time and the dress itself was exactly what I ordered.

We ordered a homecoming dress in September and had no issues. Just ordered a dress for a winter formal and the packaging was extremely small, the dress is Satin and extremely wrinkled, unsure how we are going to fix that and lastly the hook closure on top portion of dress is on verge of falling off, think it was possibly worn and returned.
