FANTASTIC customer service. Quick shipping. Will shop PromDressShop again!

Beautiful dress. Service was not. Sent a message to advise of defects on the dress and never received any communication back. Very disappointing. To late to return/exchange

My daughter needed a dress quickly for homecoming. The website was easy to navigate. We chose expedited shipping and my daughters dress got to us quickly the day they said it would. It is absolutely gorgeous. Prettier than the picture online and fits her perfectly!!

I was very happy on how quickly dress arrived and packaged very well.

The dresses I ordered were gorgeous in person and fit like a dream, which is uncommon with my body type. Definitely will be ordering from there again.

Prom Dress Shop has provided a very positive experience ordering a formal dress online. The ordering process was easy and transparent. I did need to return/exchange my first purchase because my daughter didn't like how the dress looked on her. We liked the dress and experience with Prom Dress Shop, otherwise. Because of Prom Dress Shop's clear return procedure, we felt comfortable ordering knowing we might need to make a return. I made sure to follow the return directions so I could be granted the return. The second dress we ordered ended up being special order with no return or exchange available. This was clearly communicated to me and I was given the choice to proceed or cancel my order. We went ahead with the order because my daughter had tried the dress on in a store, so we knew the fit. I am pleased with my experience with Prom Dress Shop
