Great Experience

The Prom Shop was fabulous! Before our final order was placed there was a concern about the arrival date. They reached out to me to find out if the new ship date would work for us. We agreed to that and our order even arrived a week earlier than promised! Great customer service!

We were told upfront that this dress was a “special order” and wasn’t eligible for their return policy. My daughter and I decided to take the chance since it was unique and nothing like most homecoming dresses. Dress arrived, did not fit and the picture did not represent dress well. We are now stuck with a $240 dress and still need to buy a dress. I recommend you NEVER order a “special order” ( which is ridiculous) and always try to see dress/try on in person prior to ordering something online. Disappointed, but my own fault.

The dress is fantastic!! We will definitely order from you again!!

Prompt delivery. Beautiful dress, just as pictured.

Not the first dress i have purchased here. This one was gorgeous!!!! Always delivered on time and as pictured. Thank you again

I was happy with everything except, I wish they told you if the dresses we're in stock before you checked out, not after.. Twice I had to go back in and cancel the order, find another dress, place another order, and wait to see if that one was in stock. Dress is beautiful!

Very easy to navigate through the site, The dress I order for my daughters prom was just like the picture absolutely beautiful. Shipping was very prompt. Will be buying more dresses in the future from them.
