The Customer Service is absoulutly the best! They are so cute and so nice to me! I am currently waiting for an Auswertung of collaboration mit them. I Hope wie can collaborate one day.

There were some minor issues with the mask and I always received prompt responses. They were consistently helpful with getting the mask itself corrected and then provided personalized guidance on my skin care. I greatly appreciated being treated so respectfully. Hope the mask works out as well with results!

I needed a replacement part for my red light mask. I reached out to Project E Beauty and they sent me the part. It actually ended up being faulty, so I reached out again and they replaced that one very quickly. On top of that, they sent me a complimentary bottle of moisturizing serum to thank me. I will continue to be a customer of Project E Beauty as their customer service is outstanding.

After researching a lot of light masks I decided on the Project E Beauty LumaLux Face+ (Face and Neck) (LumaLux) mask. When researching masks I looked for coverage of diodes, color and near infrared options, amount of time required per session and a flexible mask. After researching around 20 masks I picked the LumaLux and I am particularly glad that I did. One of the useful YouTube channels I used in my research was Red Light Therapy by Alex Fergus, which helped me in deciding on this mask. After using this mask now for around 5 weeks I can see a positive marked difference in skin tone and clarity. My rosacea is far less obvious and my skin just looks a lot more even - to the point I am now often skipping using make up and focusing on my morning skincare followed by sunscreen and out the door I go. My neck and decolletage area have also had a visible improvement, the minor signs of crepiness developing have receded and my chest area again looks even toned and smooth. I have been very pleasantly surprised by this as I expected less improvement in this area and I am now happier to wear clothing that doesn't always cover the chest. Another thing has been the absolutely spot on Customer Service from Project E Beauty. I had an issue with the control box and both Roff and Arriane were proactively managing the case. I felt incredibly supported. Their instructions were always clear and concise, and when we couldn't resolve the issue they immediately organised for a replacement unit to be sent and organised for the collection of my faulty unit. I don't often do reviews, but I thought that this one was worth the effort.

Je suis sujette aux migraines, et j’utilise le masque avec de petites lunettes de protection (bronzage). L’utilisation ne me cause aucune migraine.

I am very pleased with how customer service stepped up after my package was delayed. The package was nicely packaged and I was able to use my LED mask last night for the first time. I will look into other products from this line in the future.

I did not expect the LumaLux Dome LED has to be plugged with make it difficult to use.
