The LED mask is pretty good but isn’t a tight fit
The LED mask is pretty good but isn’t snug or flexible to fit my face/eyes properly so a lot of light is still unprotected from my eyes. Have only had a few weeks so hard to tell how effective just yet.

High Price item but no charger included.
The fact that you are asking for how we recharge the controller is illogical. You are selling this mark at a very very very high price. It should come with a charger since this seems to be soooooooo important. Update… e-beauty décides to send me a battery charger. I received it an noticed it is a 20w charger… the same they told me never to use because it was going to damage the battery. Seems fishy.

I have given this 3 stars as I've only just unbound the product. Seems okay, great packaging and light weight mask (holding with hands not on face). A little disappointed as it was advertised with having the gel included which hasn't arrived with the face mask.

No real assistance with a purchase in the beginning followed by good support after posting the review
I finally received my Portable High Frequency Skin Care Device. There were some issues with the order process, so my new year present purchase was finally successful in February and arrived in early March. I still need at least a month to assess the results of using it and am very optimistic to improve the rate. I'm satisfied with the support of my order, although some minor charges were not evident at the time of purchase.

Question: each time us use the Project E Beauty device on the back of my legs where my cellulite is I feel nauseous for a while. Can you explain why? I presume it’s the breaking down on fat and toxins? Which is good…..
