Easy ordering and instalment plan. Delivery was quick and well packaged. The only reason 4*, is because I wasn’t aware the radio therapy was also ultrasonic, which I used on my cheeks and it’s broken down fats I don’t want touched. I thought it was just rf for firming. These things need to be clearer, because those fats cannot be replaced and don’t regenerate. Please be careful and mindful of where you are using the rf option.

Only been using it for 3 days. Haven't seen remarkably improvement yet. However, I have confident the machine should give a noticeable result later Let me try for another week to see the improvement.......

I like that it has all the features in 1 single device. Very intuitive and easy to use. Almost does not need to read the manual. The EMS function is not very strong which is good as I have used others that hurts me and I had to stop using it. The REP and URF really heats up warmly. The only reason I give 4 stars is that I also owned another RF device that the usage duration is 4 minutes for each section of the face( cheeks, lower face/jawline) and neck where I have spend 24 minutes on both sides to complete my treatment (that is the duration that professional spa will spend), but Reva Renewal Wand only allows 4 minutes for the entire face. I have to keep switching it on for several times and the device got really hot so I am uncertain if it might damaged the device from overheating. 4 minutes RF on the entire face seems like too short to be effective. Other than that all is well. I will use this for travel as well.

I've wanted an LED Mask for years. After much research on light therapy masks, what to look for, in regards to quality, design and which tech specs drives results, I decided on this company. So glad I did. Feel I made the right decision. Loving the mask so far. Its comfortable and offers a great variety of wavelengths, red, blue, green and deep near infrared. Its only been 4 weeks and results are subtle so far but definitely noticing a difference in my skin after only a short time. The texture is smoother and brighter. Great customer service. I do wish the the face mask gave a bit more coverage and contour around the jaw line and that there were more 1072nm leds than just the 20 leds since it targets deeper skin layers for collagen production, I'd have liked for more coverage with that wavelength since my main focus is anti-ageing, though it is more coverage than what all the other masks I looked at offered. The irradiance is on the lower end and wish the irradiance level was higher, but this masks beat the others as it has 800 light sources with deep near infrared! Compared to the average of 300-500 leds in the other companies masks and only reaching 850 near infrared. So, overall satisfied and happy with this product. No regrets getting it!

Poor logistics arrangement which took almost 2 weeks to deliver though communication via email is still prompt. Updated: owner has contacted and provided good service recovery for the lapse. Recommended!

I am using Skisonic Led Ultrasonic Wand for only 3 weeks so far, and I'm quite excited with the improvement of the texture of my skin. It seems more hydrated. I'll keeping using it, as it is to early to notice improvement of the fine lines. Happy with the results.

Not very pleased with the late delivery. I chose to order this Mother's Day gift based on the various assurances on your site that it would arrive ahead of Mother's Day. It was ordered on May 1, and your communications stated 2-4 business days, but it didn't arrive until May 11; a day after Mother's Day. Your Projectebeauty tracking site continued to state that "it's arriving today, May 8" even when it wasn't. Disappointing. [May 13 Update] I've upgraded my rating to 4 stars based on the Project E Beauty customer service team's responsiveness and consideration. Trixie and Arriane were quick to follow up on my concern; professional and respectful. Thank you!
