I purchased the high frequency wand using a discount at a cost of £60. At the payment section another £30 was added for delivery, which is very expensive. The wand is useless and doesn’t work, DON’T waste your money it’s over hyped and not worth the postage alone. Spots DON’T clear at all. I decided to return this be for my 30 days was up as stated on the website. The return postage cost was £10, not the 30 they charged for delivery. My return has been declined because I purchased the wand was in the clearance sale, this is a lot of rubbish because it never stated this when I bought it. Absolute rip off!!

The customer service of this company is simply excellent. After months of use, my mask developed a fault, and as soon as I contacted customer service and provided a video showing the issue, they immediately arranged a replacement. The new order was placed right away and arrived the very next day ! Wow, that's efficiency. All the staff I corresponded with were prompt in their replies and very helpful. Overall, the experience with this company has been fantastic! Thank you for your service.

I got the LED mask and neck combo and absolutely loved it but after a while my remote stopped holding a charge. I reached out to the customer service team and they replaced my remote promptly and I received a surprise for the inconvenience. New remote works amazing and I absolutely love the product!! 10/10

I really like the LumaLux LED light therapy mask by Project E Beauty. The mask has many LED lights that cover all areas of your face and it only takes 3 minutes to use. Customer Service is excellent and when I had an issue with charging my controller, they were quick to respond, troubleshoot and resolve my issue.
