Purchased the Procolored F13 DTF printer and I absolutely hate it! I started having issues after using it for a couple of months. At the 6 month mark I couldn’t use the printer at all due to a BAD motherboard and print head according to technician who didn’t want to honor warranty. Had to fight just to have Procolored send me replacement part. WARRANTY IS ONLY 6 MONTHS!

I started an online chat for support, and I was taken care of right away. Quick fast service and Tony was very patient and helpful answered all my questions. I cant wait to start my DTF journey. I fell that if I run into any problem I will be taken care of ASAP. Very much recommend Procolored.

I have had my pro colored for just about seven months. I have had more issues with it than anything else not printing right clogging and now I had to repair everything and get all new stuff and I’ve been waiting over four weeks for it. I am unable to contact anybody because nobody is obviously there I get hung up on the phone. I get told my order has not been found which I clearly have a receipt for and then I’m also told nothing when I communicate with the AI message board says there are people are off-line so who is the customer service for this company? Who is the CEO? Maybe a lawyer should be involved on this Because this obviously is not a true company if it’s gonna be taking my money and not sending me my product.
