I have a Procolored K13 DTF Printer for long time now and i love it program is very easy to use and whenever I have a problem with it ii contact Procolored, the engineers are excellent at helping me. They have helped me resolve issues quickly, guiding me step by step until the problem is fixed. They are truly very professional and patient.

Ethan the engineer is always so helpful when I run into a problem, he has always been able to fix it and help. I love my new procolored printer. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from pro coloured

Had service issues that their engineers were able to walk me through and get me back up and running. They did what they said they would do and that's hard to find in todays world. We've bought 2 machines from them and both are operating 100%
