Device is easy to set up and use. Great initial experience and have enjoyed using it multiple times a day.

It's a 7-second full throttle flush, with a mouth piece that is precisely made for my teeth. The twist cap mechanism is a bit tricky, but overall this product is as advertised.

Great product. Works as advertised. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Ordering process was easy. Highly recommend.

I anticipated about a month for shipping since I needed to get scans of my teeth from a dental office and submit them. It actually took an about 3 1/2 months. There was an issue with materials that held up distribution. I had to reach out to them to find this out. The communication and distribution process could use a bit of work but I love the product. It has really helped me be more consistent with my nighttime oral hygiene routine. It feels amazing and it really gives a clean feeling. I love that I can feel the streams of water going through all my teeth and really cleaning all areas. It only takes about 60 seconds to fill the tank, add the solution, and run the cycle. I would say it’s definitely worth the money if you struggle to floss consistently but want to maintain healthy gums.

Positives: The unit looks sleek on the counter, seems sturdy, and is pleasant/easy to use. Not-so-positives: Even on the top setting (5), it doesn't do as good a job as flossing. How do I know that? If I floss afterward, there is still plaque I can remove. That's disappointing. I usually run it through twice--14 seconds, still plaque remains. Also, I run a lot of water down the drain every time I use it, waiting for it to get warm, which is hard in a state prone to drought. Recommendations: Make a higher setting--6 (?), and make the cleaning last for 14-20 seconds.

I'm having a good experience so far. My expectations were very high as being able to no longer floss is a game changer. It's so far meeting my high expectations, it only takes 30-40 seconds and little effort to replace the painful 5 minutes task of flossing. This will be incredibly valuable for my overall teeth health.

Works great. So much easier and more convenient than flossing. I feel my dental hygiene will be much better.

I love the product.... did not love having to wait four months to get it! thanks...Gabe
