I was disappointed that Proclaim with the custom mouse piece did not work as well as the manual Waterpik - not getting the food particles out which I need.

Jo, thank you for your review! Proclaim helps improve and maintain gum health effectively through an easy alternative for those struggling to maintain an everyday flossing routine. That said, it may not always remove food particles that are wedged in, so for those occasions you may need string floss or other interdental cleaning tools. Proclaim does feel different than a traditional water flosser. Our patented jet shape means each jet has a wider spray pattern, which feels different than a plain stream of water.
