Paid $90 for a satin jacket that was poorly made. Requested a return and they offered the following options. 1. 60% refund of your total amount as compensation, to avoid the hassle of returning the product. 2. Code to buy the next product from us at a 35% discount 3. Exchange for another 4. Pay for shipping myself to return it AND pay a $30 restocking fee. Dont purchase from this website

If there was the option of giving this company a negative star rating that is what they’d have gotten from me. I received a jacket that was, at best, a size large….maybe , when the size I ordered was 4X. There was no typical label with ‘made in China’ or where ever the coat was mfg’d. No cleaning info or materials used. Just a tiny lil tag approx 1/4 inch square, that said 4X. That’s it. Attempts to return the jacket were met with an email stating that due to technical issues they weren’t able to provide that. They said I’d receive a refund within 10 business days and that I could keep the jacket. Weird huh? Ten business days came & went. Now over 3 months later, after literally dozens of calls and numerous emails asking, then demanding my refund, the company has changed its name. And no longer has so called customer service representatives answering the only number I’ve found to call. The message says, their lines are out of order due again to ‘technical issues’. Somthin that apparently plagues this company since it’s the go to excuse they give for failing miserably, at every turn, to ‘service’ their customers. Be advised, this company is made up of thieves. They have no intention of honoring any promises they make or even following what they want you to believe is their own policies regarding sending the correct merchandise or refunding money spent when your order is screwed up, like mine was. Do not do business with these people. There are plenty of other reputable companies that are legit and honest. Two words that should never be used to describe these lying jerks!

Please avoid. Its totally dodgy emails sent by James who is actually Muhammad they have mailing addresses in most country's but that's all my bank refunded my money and I reported the company whilst they processed my payment which they could not stop. They will say things like promise and 1000% guarantee which should raise alarms. Don't let them post garment to you once they do you will loseyour money and they will try to keep you hanging on until you run out of time. I will also be letting Google know and visa will be looking into them as well. Consider yourselves informed

I just bought a Mitchell ans Ness 49ers jacket for 140 US dollars plus import duty , the jacket is not Michell and Ness ,the jacket ismade with very cheap materials ,the reason that I bought with primo jacket is because in their website appear like a business from Scotland but my jacket arrived from Pakistan, well I don't want make it longes ,just don't buy anything on this website .

I purchased a leather Burnt Bradley Cooper (Adam Jones) jacket. The jacket looks to be good quality. I ordered my regular size XL but was a little tight. I called to exchange for a bigger size and the gentlemen I spoke with was most accommodating. I should have my new Jacket in about 2 weeks. Can't wait to wear my new jacket.

I ordered tge Donovan Mitchell HBCU jacket and it was made in Pakistan which isn't a problem but the jacket is horrible! The material is cheap wool, horrible black stitching around the African continent emblem, no tags in or on the jacket, the jacket is too small, and you must pay to return it! Part of their return policy is the tags must be intact well it came without tags so that kills that! I paid 109.00 but part of the shipping document showed it cost 35.00 for the Pakistani manufacturer to make it! So you get what you pay for! I will never purchase anything from Prime Jackets again!
