Customer Service was responsive and friendly. The jacket arrived in a timely manner but unfortunately was small. The Customer Support Team was very helpful and offered a full refund which I appreciated!

I purchased a jacket from Prime jackets as part of a Halloween costume. The jacket was received in a timely manner and the quality is very good. Unfortunately the fit was a bit small. I contacted Prime jackets via email and they were very helpful in getting me a refund. I will definitely refer them to my friends, great company.

First let me say the customer service is amazing! They worked with me on the sizing of my jacket, which is amazing quality by the way! It is a stand out piece. I would recommend sizing up by two. For example, if you wear a Large, I would get a 2x. Overall, I would order from them again.

I order a jacket and it just wasn’t what I was looking for. When I first emailed customer service they were great they asked for pictures and I sent them and haven’t heard from them since!! I’ve emailed 5 times and I’ve called multiple times and the calling service just hands up on you. Do not order from them they are terrible.

I loved the jacket; however, it was at least 2 sizes too small. Instead of paying $30 to return, I gave it to my 12 year old daughter. I will reorder for me. I wish the return policy or exchange was better. SIZE UP
