This company shows you a great picture and offers you a great price but guess what the items are coming from Pakistan by way of canada. first off prime jacket call the jacket a snarling sheep skin wool jacket in real life its was a Fake wool fake leather jacket. It has a real leather tag BUT Its NOT Leather at all. Total waste of money. The best thing you can do Dont buy anything from prime jacket. In summary prime jacket are fake snarling wool and are made poorly one arm length is long than the other. Total trash.

The Christmas Chronicles Jacket and Vest are made very well and fits great! The leather looks amazing. Highly recommend this shop. Very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Please stay away from this store!!! They are scammers. Once you type the name of the item that you are looking for in any search engine, it first directs you the designer website and then changes to prime jackets’ website with the same exact picture from the designer’website and everything at the only difference that all their prices are on sale which I should have found intriguing. They always advertise the ending date for the sale as the next day and you feel the pressure if you really like the item They advertised more than 50% sale on a $1295 coat which should have caught my attention. It was Black Friday so I thought it made sense. And once the item arrived, the smell is very strong and unbearable, smells like gasoline. I am not sure if it came from China as or what but I wonder why such a strong? There is shipping from KARACHI 75400 PK and bill sender at the acct in CANADA. PLEASE STAY AWAY, THESE ARE SCAMMERS.

I ordered an adult large jacket of my favorite sports team. I received a Youth large & they refused to exchange it for the correct size that I ordered & paid for, without charging a $30.00 fee. $30.00 for their mistake!! I am beyond frustrated!

Okay, I made a mistake in ordering a Coat from Prime Jackets in Oct. I received a Jacket, but not what I expected. I contacted the Company, they sais they would send me shipping labels and refund my money.They lied. In another e-mail, they stated their printer was broken, couldn't send labels, they then stated that they tried to re-deposit my refund, but something went wrong with the transfer. I contacted my bank , they said no one tried to refund any money, not from prime J. or anyone else. they are liars at best, scammers at worse. I wouldn't recommend them, at all!!!
