I wanted to make the switch to a natural electric toothbrush so bought the boar bristle with extra horse hair refills, and got a couple gifts in addition. I really love the natural bristles and non-plastic heads, but wasn’t blown away with the electric component of the toothbrush as I’m used to Philip’s sonicare brand with more sensors for pressure sensitivity and additional quadrants during the two minute timer, but I relayed my concerns to the customer service and was extremely impressed with their response time, understanding, and ability to assuage my dissatisfaction. I will continue buying their brush heads and using their services.

I love my toothbrush and tooth paste already. Especially since it’s lower EMF. That’s big for me. I’m hoping to see Primals create cover on the tooth brush head as well as as if there’s a Travel case anytime in the future.
