PRIMALSReviews of primals.shop

Great communication with prompt responses.

Horse haired toothbrushes are very soft and I would recommend them for kids and boar bristles are tougher and would be better for adults. The brushes remain clean and because they are wood they dry up quickly and don’t trap moisture and bacteria. Love the smell of the body wash and shampoo, very gentle.

I had an issue with my initial delivery and it was handled very well. Thank you.

Great products, great customer service!

Great products! Great company! Love the emails and inspirational emails and tips from Lauryn.

Excellent customer service! Truly above and beyond. Thank you!!

Amazing products! The shower head and filter have been working great on me and my family's skin. We can all feel the difference just in the first month. The horse hair toothbrushes are remarkable. I was worried because people kept saying u end up with hair in your mouth (at least it's not harmful and toxic micro plastics) but we got none of that with primals toothbrushes. My wife, daughter, and I will definitely be regulars at Primals shop for life!!

Primals has been very responsive & made changes to my order per my request before it shipped. It was important to me that these changes be made & I wasn’t sure if they would act on my message in time before it shipped. They did! All changes were made & they confirmed the changes with me prior to shipping. I’m very happy with their customer service! Communication & responsiveness were 5 star!
