Well packaged. Product is as described. Brush is very soft and cleans well. Tongue scraper also cleans well. I love the clean products both for bodily health and the environment. So thankful it fits my current electric toothbrush base.

We've been using the Primal's electric toothbrush and horse bristles, as well as the boar bristles, for the last two months, and we will continue to do so as a family. We've been very impressed with the product and we're so glad that we've gotten microplastics out of our daily routine of brushing our teeth.

Primals provides quality products that help remove toxins from your everyday life. I recently reached out to their customer support, and they are top notch as well. They are very responsive and helpful. This is a company that I feel good supporting.

Learning about how all of our products contain microplastics and going through the grueling process to remove as much as possible is a lot. Primals makes an amazing set of products that are good for you and well made!! Their email series is well written and educational. Highly recommend using the products to enhance your world!

We ordered the horse hair bristle/bamboo replacement heads for our electric toothbrushes. For me personally, I am happy to not be getting all the microplastics in my mouth as I am brushing. The horse hair bristles feel great to my teeth and gums, but occasionally I will get a "horse hair" taste. I hate to use the adage, "it is, what it is", but that about sums it up. Trade off. When we ordered it was a pre-order, so we had to wait. Once in stock it shipped promptly.

We appreciate you sharing such an honest review! We’re glad the horse bristles feel great for your teeth and gums, and we’re happy your replacement heads arrived!!

Hi I am a new customer with Primal. I had a small issue that was almost resolved as soon as my email was sent. They took there time too respond with my issue professionally and helped me achieve my issues with more support then I could have asked for. They were so kind to the point they offered more then what I can hope for. The toothbrushes I have purchased recently have been the best investment to myself and my health. I will now be purchasing my toothbrushes with Primal instead of buying cheap plastic brushes that contains millions of microplastics each use. Thank you again Primal for the kind and helpful support. The team and the company is the best. Thank you.

Dante, thank you for this. Sorting things out quickly is what we aim for, so it's good to hear the team came through for you. That first experience with a new brand matters, and we're glad yours ended well. Happy to have you with us, and glad the switch away from plastic is feeling worth it :)
