First off, the quality of Primals products is top notch. Secondly, their customer service is as well. It is personalized, and authentic. When I ended up in a subscription model that I hadn’t intended on, I was responded to same day, and the issue was corrected immediately. Definitely a customer for life!

I bought the 8 pack of boxer briefs I think? Anyway each boxer briefs has held up extremely well and they breathe and which away high temps so efficiently. And the fact that not even the elastic waistband isn’t made from plastic amazes me. Super relieved that while I am comfortable, that, I am not absorbing toxic chemicals right at my most sensitive groin region. Ordering was smooth, and when I emailed about an update to my order Lauryn reached out and got things moving. Highly recommend getting these boxer briefs.

All great experiences when dealing with this company, from the healthy products they offer, to great and fast and clear customer service if you need to contact them. Also, having compared them to other brand flavors, PRIMALS Toothpaste Tablets taste the best! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great customer service! Quick response. Love the horse hair electric toothbrush. Soft yet effective. It did not shed at all. Highly recommend especially if trying to eliminate toxic microplastics that standard toothbrushes leave in your mouth and that go directly into your entire biological system. This is for everyone!

I ordered the toothbrush several weeks ago and had a little glitch in delivery timing I contacted Lauren who gave great customer service. The toothbrush arrived and I was very pleased as to the look, sturdiness and action of the product. This company is definitely one to trust with your business. I also bought the horse hair bristle which I will try in the future as the bristles that came with the toothbrush will be used first.
