First of all I love my new toothbrush so glad I changed to a healthier product for me and my husband. I would recommend it to anyone that is on the fence you will not be disappointed. The customer service is also great they were quick to respond and help with what I needed.

Aside from the Primal electrical toothbrushs being solid high quality, I was impressed with service. I sent a question regarding how long it took to ship, and I received an immediate response explaining that part of my order needed extra time. The added “gifts” that came with my order were also high quality, not some cheap ad-ons. The brushing experience is more comfortable because the natural bristles are softer. The packaging was secure and the I cut out the molded handle part to use for a travel case.

I mistakenly signed up for a subscription. When I sent an email saying it was a mistake and I didn’t want it, I received a reply immediately and my subscription was then cancelled. Very responsive good service.

This is a great company! Customer service is very responsive, if you should have any questions. We have used multiple products including the horse hair toothbrushes, shampoo, and tongue scraper. These products are second to none in my opinion. It is self evident that they do the research during product development. I am looking forward to experiencing more of their fine products.

First of all, I’ve really enjoyed the toothbrush heads on my Sonicare. The brush seems to do a better job than the original brushes. Second, there was some confusion about ordering (my error) and Lauren at Primals was very helpful and supportive. I highly recommend their products!

I discovered the toothbrush on a social add. I researched it, read reviews and ordered 2 of them, one with a boar for myself and one with horse hair for my wife. We are both in love with this product in every way. We love the color, the feel of the brush and even the settings for massage, clean, white, etc. So brilliantly thought through. Several days after using I found myself hoping this company never goes out of business. I will use this product for life.
