My experience with Prettylitter has been amazing & exceeded my expectations - no smell - my cat doesn’t track all over the house as used to with regular litter - cones to my door monthly - cost is great especially for benefits - when I contacted customer service to adjust my subscription they were prompt, handled my request & overall good experience Would recommend to anyone with cats!

Our products arrived on time they were so very well-made. Intelligibly made the cats really enjoyed the food I and the family enjoyed the product of the scooper and litter box !

While PrettyLitter will help monitor your cat’s health in detecting abnormalities in their urine, it is important to note that it does not monitor every potential medical issue and should not be considered a tool for diagnosing medical conditions. Regular wellness visits with your vet is the best staple of good pet parenting.

Impossible to cancel. Don't do it.
Impossible to cancel. I have contacted Pretty litter over months to gain access to my account to cancel. Their website won't send you a password reset email. And customer service won't help you. I have emailed several times to cancel my account and delete my credit card info but they keep pointing me back to the site to sign in, and then when I tell them I can't they ghost, and won't help. Right now I'll be stuck with 3 bags quarterly for a whopping 150$ charge because they won't actually help me, despite communicating via "customer service" Big scam, super unimpressed. Just don't do it.

I bought ONE bag as a one-time purchase…
I bought ONE bag as a one-time purchase to try the litter. Instead they signed me up for a subscription that I didn't ask for and I am being charged for kitty litter that I didn't order. NOTHING annoys me more than this sneaky selling tactic bs. If your product is good enough you should be able to make profits without hooking people into purchases that they didn't agree to or ask for.

By completing your first purchase online you elected to enroll in recurring deliveries that will automatically renew until cancelled. Transparency is super important to us so we remind you before completing your order. One-time checkouts are not currently available from our website, but single purchases can be made at one of our partnering retail locations. Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime by logging into your customer dashboard, or by contacting our customer support team via [email protected]. Be prepared to subscribe for life because cancelation is next to impossible
I was fully aware that this was a subscription service. But what I was NOT prepared for was to have to beg and plead to cancel. Canceling is not something you can do through your account, you have to contact them by email. I am on my fourth contact attempt and am getting nowhere. I just get a response from a different person each time inviting me to skip a month, discount a month, or whatever else rather than cancel - despite my continued insistence that cancelation is what I am after. Do not sign up for this service unless you have hours of your life to throw away on canceling if or when you decide that this is not the product for you.
