The litter does cut down on odors much…
The litter does cut down on odors much too expensive for four cats. Didn’t last as long as was advertised . Tracked everywhere and was extremely crunchy underfoot. Hard to wash out of pan.

We’re glad to hear the odor control was helpful, but we’re sorry the overall experience didn’t meet expectations (especially with multiple cats in the home). Larger litter boxes and higher traffic can cause the crystals to break down faster which may cause some tracking. Thoroughly mixing the litter daily and wiping the pan before refilling can help. I did not ask to be transferred, I was told they would send me a code and to use it to get on a secure line and order. No code ever arrived after several triede
You ask to transfer to a secure line and an email will be sent with a code. This number never arrived after many attempts. Then I got the message that number had been used. This system is not working. When speaking on chat line and to Help Support they did not help. I like your product so persisted and finally got someone who transferred me and ordered.

Everything about this company is top notch...
Everything about this company is top notch; the amazing products, wonderful customer service, quirky and entertaining social media presence, new rewards system, shipping services, website accessibility... I could go on and on. I will rave about PrettyLitter until the end of time. Cat litter is such a monotonous item to have to purchase, but PrettyLitter makes it simple and somehow...fun? PrettyLitter is sold at our local grocers but we still choose to purchase online just to have the easy billing/shipping process, easily accessible customer service and cute little rewards for our cat! Thank you PrettyLitter!

Pretty Litter easy going
Pretty Litter makes having a cat so much easier when it comes to litter. It’s at your door every month with no hassle. The bag last the whole month, just poor it in. What more could you want. Scoop when your kitty goes and it’ll stay clean. Of course my cat wants it scooped right when she goes. She meows then lays in front of the box pointed at it. She’s my awesome baby girl. She’s 8 but Lovey is always going to be my baby girl. You can’t go wrong with Pretty Litter

Terrible customer service and product is way overpriced
This product is way overpriced, and when I tried to use the discounts that they were sending me by email they kept canceling my order and then turning around and refunding it. When I reached out to them to inquire why, they said I violated their terms of service, which is ridiculous because I did no such thing and then they told me that they would no longer deliver to my address. This is horrible customer service! The litter gets in between my cats paws and gets all over the house and the odor control isn’t that great. Save your money and purchase something else.
