I canceled my subscription but they…
I canceled my subscription but they sent me litter anyway. They did not email first. A reputable company would send emails before shipping out a subscription product, unless the customer specifically declines it

Overhyped and Disappointing
I had such high hopes, but PrettyLitter was a letdown. While the health-monitoring concept is great, the litter itself was a mess. My cats tracked the tiny crystals all over the house, and it was painful to step on. The odor control was ineffective after the first week, and the texture seemed to bother one of my cats, who started avoiding the box. For the high price, I expected a much better product. Back to clumping litter for us.

Pretty Litter is the BEST
I'm a senior citizen and I've owned cats my whole life. Pretty Litter is BY FAR the best cat litter I've ever used. I love it and my cat loves it. I love that it's so lightweight, which becomes more important the older I get.

Soft litter
Soft litter. Takes care of any smell. And lets me know kitty is okay. Super high quality and you cannot smell any urine or poop - it’s remarkable

Tried alot of different brands
Tried alot of different brands, found Pretty litter tried it and will not go back to any other brand. No smell and our cats love it !

Ship Too Fast & Add More Items Than I want
I fell 4 their promo and signed up for auto ship... Little did I know they had small print that no 1 reads... the company added 2 bags not 1 bag of litter to my cart within 1 mo! And 1 bag of litter lasts 1 month!...? Double the money they withdrew from my account without my permission! And shipped the order, despite the fact that I tried to cxl after their notice & within less than 8 & 1/2 hrs. 1 suggestion pls send out the ship notice @ least a few days ahead instead of notifying customer passed midnight & telling them that the item will ship within 24 hrs. I appreciate the fast reply, thank u for the refund 🙏

Meh.
I like how the litter clumps and how easy it is to scoop away, but every time I clean the box, there’s so much dust that I inhale that it causes me respiratory distress for a while after I do so. Coughing and sneezing for at least a couple of hours. Thinking of switching to a different litter

Pretty litter is like magic
Pretty litter is like magic. And just $1 a day! Totally worth the expense. It’s like magic! I dunno how but it absorbs the urine. All u gotta do is scoop the poop and give it a stir! Best litter ever!!
