PrettyLitterReviews of prettylitter.com

I have three cats in two separate homes with a kitty litter in each. The third cat is out doors at one of the homes. The Pretty Litter has made my life so easy. I always bought dust free kitty litter but there was always dust. They adapted well to Pretty Litter and the mat traps the sand from their paws. Somehow it dehydrates the stool and evaporates the urine. All three love Pretty Please food with their other treats and wet food. Overall two great products I am happy to have found. Thanks to Martha Stewart commercials.

Love the convenience with at home delivery. Never had to worry about any odor and was easy to clean.

I went from one of those high priced automatic litter boxes to Pretty Litter today get rid of the horrible litter boxes smell! I switched it out while my husband was at work and he thought I got rid of the cats!!

The Pretty litter is so easy to clean. My cat like it too. My Kitkit love the Pretty Please cat food. The fact that you can get a subscription and not have to go to the store is convenient.

Thank you to all of the LIVE agents that address our needs and concerns. It's such a relief to not have to struggle with a scripted chat bot with a sick pet. Clearly, you are a team that values the health and wellbeing of our furbabies, so thank you for your sincerity.

Pretty Litter is a very warm, welcoming company that creates a real community!! They really take care of the customer…it’s not all about the bottom line for them.

Ken was wonderful taking care of my à la card order and taking off the subscription which I no longer needed. You guys are great and our cat loves the litter.

First of all, their product is amazing - poop dries out and is simple to scoop, and urine disappears completely within what seems like minutes. No messy clumps to dispose of at all! Whatever high-tech desiccant they're using, it's miraculous. The color-change health-warning feature is very cool, too - my cat's urine turned the litter green one day, which meant too alkaline and probably a UTI. I was thinking of making a vet appointment, but it went back to normal within a day, so that told me her immune system had dealt with it. Good to know... She loves the "Pretty Please" dry cat food as well, more than other normal or even premium brands we've tried. Finally, I had a question about my subscription today, dealt with the chat bot for just about a minute before it actually said to me "I can't answer that question, let me connect you with live support," and connected me in seconds to a human who had already read through my conversation with the bot and answered my question before I even had to type another word. Truthfully, maybe the best customer service experience I've ever head. These cats are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ through and through!
