The representatives were all courteous, friendly @ knowledgeable. I do believe in the age of digital (IRS) signatures & phone applications (Medicaid) your & the pharmacist are behind the times requiring an original application when money is required before the application process begins

This is a cumbersome process seeking patient assistance for extremely expensive medication. All of my interactions with associates has been a pleasing experience. The first time that I spoke to Alex. It seemed to me that Alex new what she was talking about. So I gave her my information and she get back to me. My brother in salt Lake city told me it might be a scam so be careful. A couple of days later my brother called to say that this company is laget, and how did I find you. You told me that it would be four to eight weeks, and we are half the way though the process. Thank you for your help to get the medication that I need.
