Your company kept charging me. Never got any medication. Not very pleased, paying for something that I never recieved.

Every person I have talked with at Prescription Lifeline, has been extremely helpful and supportive. They seem to genuinely care about me and my need for help getting my prescriptions. They are very patient with me, as I get the information they need.

This is a company that seems to barely fall within legal limits. It targets elderly patients who are uninsured or underinsured or cannot afford prescription medications and sells them a "membership" that costs about $80 per month for them to "assist" the patient in filling out patient assistance program applications which are free to obtain online and can be filled out with assistance from doctor's offices or family members. While they are probably explaining that it's a monthly membership, these patients do not understand what they are getting for this overpriced membership and they think they are going to end up with medications which they often do not.
