If you ever are in need of a real lifeline and feel completely overwhelmed by the multitude of choices to make regarding which prescription carrier to go with go no further. Prescriptionlifeline was there when I needed it the most. I had no idea what to do due to the many prescriptions that I need. All I knew was I was told repeatedly by other insurance carriers that it was going to cost me a small fortune to maintain the medications (I was a candidate for the "doughnut hole effect") that I previously had under my wife's plan, and on my limited income the options did not look good at all (food verses medication.) Prescription LifeLine kept me from going in the wrong direction. (Trust me, you don't ever want to go there!) LIfeLine's staff walked me through every step of the way in this complicated maze. (James, Ashley and Angela were an inspiration at this hectic period. At times, I felt like I was all alone and all I had to do to rectify that feeling was to talk to any one of the cheerful, helpful staff noted. They would get me back on the right course and make me feel confident again. I have to extend an extra KUDOS to Ms. Meghan McKibben for being so patient with me in making me understand a misconception I had regarding the charges to my account. I was not "a happy camper". She quickly abated my concerns and even helped bring my wife on board who was in desperate need of a very expensive medication in a very short period of time. PrescriptionLifeLine now has Two (2) happy campers on board. Thank you all for being there!

The had my meds shipped ahead of the due date and even got the pharmacist to give me medicine to hold me untill mine arrived at the cost of my meds I would have never been able to get them without their help thank you so much

I was very happy with the help I received my questions were answered they took care of me and let me know when my perception was being sent and for one's that needed to signed for set up a time that would work for me I am very happy with the service I received

At first we were a little leery about using lifeline for one of our prescriptions but after filling out the necessary paper work it only took 3 weeks for them to get the approval from the company to receive and send us the pills for one year at no cost to us. Thank you Lisa for all your help in getting us into Lifeline.
