Hi Anita, I apologize for any inconvenience or delay in your medication. Since you switched doctors, the pharmaceutical company required a new doctor page and prescription. Your medication however, was shipped exactly how your doctor wrote out the prescription. If the dosage is incorrect you will need to discuss that with your doctor as we are not able to alter any prescription or prescribe any medication. My advocate is always right on time reminding me it's time to reorder my medicine. Also she was most helpful getting my doctor to give me a renewal prescription, which I spent more than a month trying to get. The office staff was absolutely no help. They even said I had to make an appointment to speak with the doctor about signing the paper work needed for my prescription. My advocate made several calls and finally it was resolved.
