Always good service but I asked that my wofe Annett be added to alerts on her cell phone. gave them the number but no test alert text ever arrived.

It's very confusing how the system…
It's very confusing how the system works, some of the issues were my fault and I believe some were their fault. It has taken months to get the first delivery of one of the meds requested. Would I use them again knowing what I now know about their system...to be honest, I don't know.

Question
I misunderstood that there was a service fee. I was not told this. I thought(from the communication I was receiving that the monthly charge was for the medication not a service fee.

Stanley, I'm sorry for any confusion, please allow me to clarify. The fees we charge are membership fees. Prescription Lifeline does not provide medication, our company provides assistance in applying to the Patient Assistance Programs that are offered by the Pharmaceutical Companies. This process can be quite complicated and confusing to someone who is not familar with it. Prescription Lifeline has been assisting members in this process since 2002. We have an extensive database that our team of expert advocates draw from to insure we are current and up to date with each Pharmaceutical Companies many varied requirements.
