I GIVE YOU 4 STARS. Your employees are very professional and caring. However, I think you all should have a much easier situation of applying for help on medications. For OLD people it is mind boggling to be able to fill out the applications and know what amount of money that has to be spent before getting the meds. You have no idea how frustrating it is for an 81 year old who does not understand this new modern world! Dominique of the Garza team was wonderful in help me.

I have paid the original $99.00 and then already the next $49.00 and still have not received my insulin.

Very polite, but talk to 3 people and they all said differently of what was expected of me When I sent everything but 1 guy said I needed a letter head from Walgreens which on the print out of the medication they don’t have that then a young lady said that I needed my name and birthdate on the print out which is on the print out, then the 3rd person said that to resend the printout and I did when the first one already has everything on it am somewhat confused which there has already been a withdrawal from my account but no meds received what must I do?

I would be lost without them! They have saved me a lot of money. The staff have been kind and very easy to work with! I can not thank them enough!

Thank you Gsk for helping me from the age 19 until now at age 60. I am now retired and a diabetic type 2. I know that you have saved my life.
