So far has been very simple. Questions are basic. Everyone I've spoken to is easy to understand and takes time to explain things to me.

I wanted to give 5 stars for each category but my system would not let me do that for some reason. This team could not have been more helpful, treated me with respect and assisted me throughout the paper. please do not let the stars go through as the system put them

Prescription lifeline canceled my medication in september for the next year. Then, they continued to charge me in january after they had canceled me. I called to ask for a refund, and they would not give it.

Customer Representatives explained everything to me so I could understand, great people and prices.

My first call to Rusty was amazing. She was extremely helpful and calming. Then I spoke to Tracey who helped me thru all the crazy paper work.

I almost canceled, but Paul saved today

Reps were kind and knowledgeable
