The staff was very helpful: polite, understanding, and very knowledgeable about the assistance provided. The staff person I talked with explained this assistance clearly and answered all questions about it that I had.

Before you sign up with Prescription Lifeline get your advocate to check with your medication manufacturer to make sure you can be covered. I went through the entire process (paid the $85.00) and then was told that my husband could not be "grandfathered in". I wasted a lot of time and $85.00. Needless to say I am not very pleased with Prescription Lifeline.
