My husband and I had reservations about the 99.00 up front, and receiving no pills. It was hard for us to understand. I know it is urgent to get the paper work back to you. Dr Branam is on vacation. I will get her required information as soon as I can...lots of pressure because I will need this drug soon.

This is company was the only one after many years of looking for help that stepped up once approved. The small administrative fee you pay is worth it. My team are always on point, all i need to do is call and right away they get the answers needed and proceed for me. I appreciate the professionalism.

Prescription Lifeline has really helped me with my medication---if I have had a problem they helped me out.

First contact got us really excited about what they may be able to do for us. However, we were not able to get the prescription we wanted. We needed to get a different prescription so they could assist us with the cost.

William, I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way. Unfortunatly not all medications are available through a Patient Assistance Program and the ones that are each have their own unique set of qualifications based on the pharmaceutical company providing the med. The service that Prescription Lifeline Provides is to know what meds are available and what it takes to qualify for each. In your case specifically the pharmaceutical company that provides the medication that you inquired about would not approve you based on your insurance coverage, while the medication that was recommeded to you as a possible alternative comes from a different pharmaceutical company and they would approve you even with the prescription coverage that you have. Prescription Lifeline does not sell or stock medications, our sole purpose is to assist our members in connecting them with a Patient Assistance Program the can be enrolled in for a medication for their specific diagnosis, and sometimes that means they have to switch from one med to another. If you reconsider your decision we are always ready and willing to help. Prescription Lifeline

I think we'd all be better served if you would send paperwork for the Dr. right to him. I'm handicapped & it's really hard for me to get to his office to have him sign papers. Otherwise everything is good. Marge

Well my experience is that customer service kept calling me asking for the same information over and over. I was very irritated. But I did have a young lady by the name of Tawnia who was very patient and understanding my frustration. She was very calm and I wasn’t at first , but I did calm down after she talked with me. Thanks Tawnia
