Excellent staff! Very professional!

I recieved a call on my cell phone to call about my order I had no way to wright down the number and did not know where to call I had to go thru my advocate to make contact. Once I made contact everything went very good.

Randy was the representative who called me from Prescription Lifeline & explained your services to me. Unfortunately, my United Health Care pays for a portion of the Rx that I was calling about so I cannot use your service. Randy was very polite, courteous, & informative. I rate him with 5 stars. Thank you.

Kim was an EXCELLENT customer service rep. She was so informative and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help us out but our income was too high to qualify. She is an OUTSTANDING employee and should be commended for her SUPERB customer service she gave us. You don't find GREAT customer service reps like her anymore. She is a SUPER representative of your company and you should be PROUD to have her as your employee.
