Right now, I'm not sure because I'm still waiting to see. I know the representative that I've spoken with are very nice and friendly. They talk with respect and courteous for ther customer. I'm waiting on the results of getting my medicine. I've been out for months and don't have thr right medicine to fight these autoimmune diseases. So only time will tell. Also, I'm unsure of the date we talked, so it is off a little.

The way that you go out of your way to made things easier for me to save a lot of money for my prescriptions. And how your advocates do all the leg work and do their best to explain everything on simple terms that I can understand. Everyone I’ve ever spoken to has always been very patient and helpful with any questions I have had. Even when I was being difficult they stayed pleasant and courteous.

Prescription Lifeline is a membership based company that assist its members with the arduous process of getting enrolled into patient assistance programs offered by pharmaceutical companies. Prescription Lifeline is committed to assisting members with that process, unfortunately that means there is alot of paperwork that must be submitted to the patient assistance programs to make that happen. BEWARE ... SCAM ... BEWARE. Today (11-7-22), I Cancelled my Prescription Lifeline (PL) "$50 Membership" and the "Monthly Prescription Fee of $69."per Month beginning 7-26-22, thru 10-27-22 for a total of $326. I have received absolutely NOTHING ... NO PRESCRIPTION ... NOTHING for this $326 that PL withdrew from my Bank each month. I applied for assistance for a prescription. I submitted an Application that was Approved for prescription by the Drug Manufacturer, Bausch Health on 8-24-22. Even after several phone calls (Justin, Dominique, James) as of Nov. 7, 2022, I have received Absolutely NOTHING from Prescription Lifeline. Prescription Lifeline refuses to reimburse the "Membership Fee of $50" or the $69 Prescription Fee for Four (4) Months for $276 for a Total of $326. Obviously, PL is a SCAM withdrawing money from my bank Account and Providing Nothing in Return... No Medicine/Prescription ... Nothing. For additional info, contact email. 11-29-22 Follow-Up: The below response of Prescription Lifeline (PL) is FALSE. I submitted everything to PL and was approved by PL. Response to my phone calls to PL: "Prescription Lifeline NEGLECTED to submit various documents to drug manufacturer, Bausch Health. I Submitted Bausch Application MYSELF & I now receive this prescription completely FREE ... No monthly membership ... NO $69 Monthly Prescription Fee ... Completely FREE. I recommend Contact the Drug Manufacturer yourself and ask for Application for Assistance for your particular Drug & you also can receive your medications completely FREE.

When a member is approved for membership with Prescription Lifeline it means that we have reviewed their income/insurance/medications and based on our extensive database and experience we will be able to get them approved for the patient assistance program that is providing their medication. There is still a lot of work needed to make that happen, but Prescription Lifeline is committed to assisting members with that process to ensure that happens. After reviewing your account, I can see that there was clear communication with you regarding what was still needed and what was caused the delays in your approval with the patient assistance program. Unfortunately I am unable to offer you a refund since you have already contacted your bank and had the funds returned to your account. Thank you Prescription Lifeline

Service from advisors was good overall and they were helpful. It's now been 6 weeks and I have only received one of three scripts and have already paid for two months service. Paid for scripts but not received. Not happy about that.
