Our December shippment came the 20th of Jan. The company did respond to our concerns but the inhalers were still a month late. Bad month for them to be late as purchasing an inhaler to fill in was at full price because it was early in the year and co-pay not met.

i havent received any medicine yet so i dont really know how to answer this

the people that helped me through the paper work with their guidance was awesome. Anna helped on the phone call, Brian helped with the instructions for all that I needed to get to send in. Extremely helpful.
