It was very exciting to hear that we could get help in paying for a very expensive drug. We are retired, in mid 80’s, and generally healthy. This prescription is way over any other meds we have used in price. You were so kind to walk my wife and I walk through the process.

Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. I appreciated the fact that they mailed the forms for us to fill out and return. Most Seniors do not like to use the internet for these private issues.

Everything was explained as it should be and I was able to make a decision and the staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable

Right now my thoughts are great other than the fact of trying to get paperwork filled in by the doctor. They have had the material since May 1st. We are still waiting for it to come back so my prescription can be filled. Wish there was a better way to get the paperwork taken care of.
