All you are very amiable, helpful and charitable. I thank you that even when I had an adverse reaction to Forteo medicine, and I can't continue taking it,you are not going to charge me anything this month. You told me to call in Sept. to find out if you can help me to get other medicine that the doctor gives me instead of Forteo. I am going to see the doctor Aug. 30/2023 and At this time he will tell me and Iwill call you.

Very difficult to navigate. THIS IS NOT A PHARMACY. IT IS AN ADVOCACY PROGRAM. They start charging a monthly fee the minute you sign up (in addition to the application fee.). I was told by the salesman that they could definitely get coverage. I was turned down by the first program they found; luckily they found another program but after I go on Medicare in October I can't use it. So for several months I was receiving no meds but was being charged the monthly fee. Also there are a lot of documents to obtaiiined I received no follow-up regarding extra documents.

At Prescription Lifeline, our core mission as a patient advocacy firm is to guide clients seamlessly through the intricate application process for patient assistance programs backed by pharmaceutical companies. Our main objective is to simplify paperwork and submission, aiming to expedite approvals for our members. For clarity, our membership operates on a monthly fee model, complemented by a one-time application fee during your initial registration. This structure is consistently communicated throughout our engagement, and every member provides explicit electronic authorization, detailing the fees that will be processed the following business day. Upon reviewing your account, we noted a credit for July. As a sign of our commitment to your satisfaction, we're also extending a credit for August. Your feedback is vital to us. Every piece of input we receive drives our ongoing commitment to better serve our members. Should you need further clarification or have additional concerns, we're always here to assist.
