Very good response time

To start with I talked to Cole, he was great with guiding me in the direction I wanted. The next person I spoke with was Lily, she was extremely helpful in setting up my brother’s medication on this plan. I am so great full to both of them in this process. I rate both of them a 10. Great thanks to them.

For at least two years I've assisted my 87 year old mother in utilizing the service of Prescription Lifeline. Her medication is important and must be handled in a timely matter. My experience with reaching out to Prescription Lifeline, and it's been frequently, is positive and responsive. I've always been greeted with professionalism and integrity. Representatives have always been compassionate and knowledgeable about the entire process. They understand the complexities the member can encounter with pharmaceuticals in general. I appreciate the exceptional member services they extend.
