I sent in the documents by email on the 18th. I hope they are clearer. I will be mailing a copy also. It states my next renewal is on 10/03/2026. We have gotten no medicine so far this month. Waiting on Social Security's final answer. So it looks like we won't be getting any medication until August of 2026. Could you please take a look at this?

Roxanne was wonderful! She was easy to understand and seemed very well-versed in the company and what was needed to get me enrolled. She was kind and helpful too during the entire process. When we finished the call, I don't think I had any questions about what to expect. I am so grateful for being able to find your company and that you can help me with the prescription (which I otherwise could not afford). The only down-side to this process is the time it takes to get my first delivery of the medication. 6 to 8 weeks is a long time to wait before beginning the meds and I'm worried by that time I could be malnourished.
